Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
With the Christmas and New Year holidays in mind, please take note of some changes to our normal hours of operation.
In addition, we want to make you aware of possible delays with shipping that we tend to see at this time of year.
Our main office will be closed for Christmas holidays and New Year’s Day
To get set up in time for Christmas, we recommend that new customers order online as quickly as possible.
- Our main office (general customer service) will be closed on Monday 25th December and reopened on the 30th December. It’ll also be closed on Monday 1st January 2025 for the New Year holidays.
- For completed orders placed after 20th December 2024 (inclusive), please expect delivery no sooner than Tuesday 7th January 2025.

What to do if you need technical support
